Rick Taylor, Program Manager

Mr. Taylor is a 25 year veteran of the Aerospace industry with extensive experience in the management of high dollar, complex technical development projects.

He has served as Project manager, Deputy Project manager and Chief Engineer on numerous high profile development Aerospace Development programs in several successful military, NASA and commercial space projects.

Mr. Taylor also has experience in the development of medical hardware. In the early 1990’s, Mr. Taylor designed, built and assisted in FDA certification for human use a seven parameter, fully automated CBC machine. He performed this as a consultant to a small start-up medical services company.

Throughout his career, Mr. Taylor has received numerous awards for technical achievement and leadership and brings this valuable experience to Emtel Inc. as Program Manager.
