Emtel strives to have a compliance culture. Compliance does not begin and end with a special project or report but needs to be an integral part of the overall work place culture. The Emtel compliance plan is an ongoing process that is modified on a regular basis. In all likelihood, every practice will have some deficiencies both in its business practices and its compliance program.
